This program is designed to build the technical and practical capacity of participants to structure bankable projects and develop robust project finance models across a wide range of sectors. Through a hands-on, Excel-based approach, participants will gain a strong understanding of core project finance principles and how they translate into real-world project structuring, risk allocation, funding design, and financial decision-making.
The training introduces globally recognized financial modeling best practices, with a strong emphasis on the FAST Standard to ensure models are transparent, flexible, well-structured, and audit-ready. Participants will learn how to build dynamic financial models that support scenario analysis, risk assessment, and optimal capital structuring for complex projects.
By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to assess project financial viability, structure appropriate financing solutions, and interpret key investment and credit metrics such as IRR, NPV, and DSCR. The course also provides practical guidance on developing bankable financial models that meet the expectations of lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders across different industries.
